Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
